The Greve, Clifford attorneys are actively involved in business, construction and insurance arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Services, Inc. (J.A.M.S.). In addition, many of the partners in the firm are judicial arbitrators and settlement conference judges pro tempore for the Sacramento County Superior Court. The firm is committed to participate in and advise clients seeking forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a means of addressing their legal concerns.
Several of our partners, including Gary L. Vinson, and our Of Counsel, Edward T. Clifford and the Honorable Irving H. Perluss (Ret.) are experienced mediators and arbitrators of disputes involving multiple parties and complex business, professional and construction disputes.
